Automated external defibrillators (AED) save lives in the workplace and public settings. Introducing the presence of AEDs at work and providing appropriate management and employee training is the difference between life and death situations. Many of us spend a good amount of time in an office environment, and a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) can happen to anyone at any time. By having a defibrillator, we protect our staff and are prepared in the event of an emergency.
What happens if the ZOLL AED Plus Semi-Automatic defibrillator is damaged?
Included in your ZOLL Office package are an operator's guide and a 7-year warranty. Once you register your ZOLL AED Plus with ZOLL, the standard warranty will increase from 5 years to 7.
ZOLL warrants to their customers that from the date of installation or 30 days after the date of shipment from ZOLL’s facility, whichever comes first, ZOLL AED Plus defibrillators are to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under regular use and service for 5 years. Accessories and electrodes are under warranty for 90 days from the date of shipment. No charges will occur if you need a repair or replacement due to materials and workmanship.
