We are only able to ship to UK addresses. You will receive an email* as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse with the relevant tracking information.

Free Delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days.

Items on our Free Delivery Service are sent via Royal Mail or UPS. You will receive a Royal Mail or UPS tracking number to track your delivery on the relevant website.

 

Standard UK Delivery

Orders under £100 incur a delivery charge of £4.95. We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days.

Shipping to Extended Area Postcodes

We offer standard shipping to extended area postcodes. A surcharge is added for shipping any products to these areas. To find out if your address is listed as an extended area postcode, please contact the defibshop team on 0161 776 7422 and one of our Product Specialists will advise further for you.

 

Shipping to the Channel Islands

We are able to ship goods to the Channel Islands under a standard delivery method. Shipping to the Channel Islands incurs a surcharge on all products.
