In a remarkable show of community support, Lucinda Lawson, an advocate for Deaf awareness, has recently received a donated defibrillator from defibshop to further her mission of ensuring equal safety for Deaf individuals in emergency situations. 

In April 2023, after an evening event at Derbyshire County Cricket Club, a visitor suddenly collapsed on the dance floor in the tent situated within the complex and suffered a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA)

The Oldham Street Angels are a dedicated team of volunteers committed to providing support and care to individuals who find themselves in vulnerable situations during the night. Founded with the aim of creating a safer, more supportive environment for those out on the town

Steven Calder is part of a local fundraising group who raise funds to supply defibrillators along the Sefton coastline. He aims to add as many devices along the coast as possible having been personally involved in an incident on the beach where cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) was performed and a defibrillator was needed.

Gary Redshaw, who has been at Nimans for over 30 years has made it his mission to keep the business heartsafe in the event of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA).  As Nimans employ over 140 staff, Gary installed 3 defibrillators in the building - one in the reception, one in the office and one in their busy moving warehouse.

We donated a defibrillator to Grant Williams, who is a passionate fitness instructor and long distance runner. He was preparing for a marathon early in March this year when he suffered a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) while jogging with a group of his friends.

We visited a brave little girl called Ivy Reed and her family to donate a defibrillator to situate at their home, partnering with Sarah Jones who is the founder of Restart The Heart charity.  

Nestled in the beauty of the Lake District, West Cumbria Search and Rescue (WCSR) stands as a beacon of hope and safety for adventurers, locals, and tourists alike.
