How do I use the Physio Control LIFEPAK 15 Cuffs?
To use the Physio Control LIFEPAK 15 Cuffs:
- Connect the cuffs to the NIBP port on your LIFEPAK 15 defibrillator
- Choose the right cuff size for the casualty (smaller cuffs are available for children).
- Place it over the casualty’s bare arm around 1-2cm above the elbow crease.
- Tighten the cuff and make sure it sits securely, leaving enough space for one fingertip in between.
- Follow the on-screen instructions on your LIFEPAK 15 defibrillator and begin monitoring.
For accurate readings, always use the appropriate cuff size and support the arm as needed during measurement.
