defibshop are part of a larger global group of companies called Safe Life. We continue to operate individually within our geographic patch, whilst being able to utilise our partners to supply and support our larger global customers locally through the group network.
We have a very flat structure with all management an integral part of teams, sitting in open plan offices with the team and working side by side with team members, providing guidance and support on the ground as needed. Our Senior Leadership Team is all female.
We ensure our staff are paid higher than the national minimum/living wage and this affords us high staff retention. We give annual bonuses based on years worked, sick pay, commission and training, all backed up by our IIP Gold accreditation.
We hold quarterly staff meetings where we share information in a formalised manner regarding turnover, profit and the business as a whole. Any decisions are talked about with staff, suggestions are welcomed and idea sharing encouraged especially regarding improvements to the system and customer experience.
We have worked hard to make sure the business is run efficiently and responsibly. We hold 3 ISO accreditations - ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and ISO27001 Information Security Management. We are also members of the Safe Contractor scheme and are Disability Confident.
We maintain good relationships with our suppliers and our customers and welcome feedback through our automated emails linking to independant site eKomi. We act on the feedback we receive and respond quickly to resolve any concerns.
