Why do I need to create an account?

We ask everyone to create an account on our website. There are a number of benefits to doing this:

Viewing your products  

When you place an order, either online or through one of our sales representatives, the products you order will be saved in your customer area allowing you to easily see the products you have.

Viewing your order history  

Your order history will be listed here.  Re-order your consumables straight from here.

Change your delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address just log on and you can do that in your account.

Change your payment details

If you need to change your payment details just log on and you can do that in your account.

Change your subscription preferences

If you want to subscribe, or unsubscribe to our information emails you can do that in your account.  Please note, if you have signed up for expiry date reminders we will still send reminder emails to ensure your unit is kept in full working order.

Expiry Date reminders

See your expiry dates in this area so you can keep a track on when you need to renew your consumables (coming shortly).  If you purchased your defibrillator, pads or battery from us previously we will automatically sign you up to reminder emails.  If you have bought from another supplier you can fill out the form on our website to submit your expiry dates and we will remind you at the appropriate time.

Product recalls

On the rare occasion that we are notified from a manufacturer of a product recall we will notify you immediately via the email associated to your account.
