This first aid doll features advanced technology, with built-in white LED lights to provide visual feedback on the quality of airway management and chest compressions.
How do I practice CPR using the Brayden CPR Baby with White Lights?
To practice CPR using the Brayden CPR Baby with White Lights manikin, follow these steps:
- Place the training manikin on its back and gently lift the chin using your finger to open the airways.
- Take the index and middle fingers, and locate the centre of the manikin’s chest.
- Push down to around a third of the depth of the chest in rapid compressions. Aim for 100-120 per minute.
- After every 30 compressions, give two rescue breaths by covering the manikin’s nose and mouth with your mouth and blowing gently.
- Watch for the white LED lights illuminating and the chest rising - indicating correct ventilation and quality of chest compressions.
