Heartsine 350P, 360P, 500P Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Your HeartSine 350P, 360P, and 500P Defibrillators
The HeartSine Samaritan batteries are combined with the electrode pads, so these will always expire at the same time - making maintenance easy for the owner. The Pad-Pak displays the expiry date on the item.
Service Indicator
All three of these units have a service indicator. This indicator should be flashing green, approximately every 5 seconds. If the status indicator is flashing red or not flashing at all, a problem has been detected by the device.
The main reason the indicator will not flash is due to an expired Pad-Pak. You should check the Pad-Pak and change it if the expiry date has been exceeded.
If the unit is still flashing, the device will provide a warning message when turned on for use.
Pad-Pak Replacement
To replace the Pad-Pak, place the device and the Pad-Pak on a flat surface. Push the Pad-Pak in and listen for the 'click' sound to ensure it has been inserted correctly. Once the Pad-Pak is installed properly, the service indicator will begin to blink in the colour green again, approximately every 5 seconds.
