How do I use the Philips FR3 Battery Charger?

The Philips FR3 Battery Charger is easy to use; simply connect the charger to an electrical plug socket and then plug the battery into the charger. The charger will automatically begin charging the battery. The Philips FR3 AED performs daily self-tests, which include a battery test. This will test the health of the battery, if the battery test fails then you will be notified by an icon on your AED to replace the battery.

How long does the Philips FR3 Battery Charger take to charge the battery?

The Philips FR3 Battery Charger typically takes around three hours to charge the battery. However, this time can vary depending on the current charge, the age of the battery, and the temperature it is stored. Once fully charged, this should last around 12 hours of patient monitoring or 300 shocks. It is recommended to charge your battery every three months, even if you have not used the AED.
