If you’re investing in a defibrillator, you want to be sure your staff receive the best training available.

defibshop.co.uk provides outstanding training nationwide through our network of experienced first aid and defibrillator trainers, most of which have been trained on one of our own defibrillator instructor courses.

Our 4 hour course meets the core competencies for defibrillator training as recommended by the UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines.

During the course our students will learn about:

anatomy & physiology of the respiratory & circulatory systems
basic life support & CPR
chain of survival & the benefits of early defibrillation
UK resuscitation council guidelines
operating an AED and safety guidelines

To ensure the suitability of a candidate for this course we recommend all attendees be current HSE first aid at work qualified or have similar experience.

Every student will have to pass a multiple choice written assessment and a practical assessment to receive their certificate.

Certificates are valid for 12 months although the UK Resuscitation Council recommends training takes place more frequently than this (every 6 months)

Prices nationwide start from £ 360.00 per course for up to 6 attendees
Delivered on-site the price includes professional Instruction, all course materials and AED competent user certificate valid for 12 months.
