I manage nationwide blue-chip accounts for Imperative Training as well as functioning as Sales Manager for Imperative Supplies.
I have worked for Imperative for over 7 years and when I started, there were only three staff and now we have 20! I love the way the company is constantly changing and developing. No two days are the same and everyday brings new challenges. I had never worked in an office before David gave me the opportunity to do so and now I am senior manager for the Imperative brand. I have been supported by the company paying for me to attend training courses and also by colleagues. I would never have thought that I would go from pulling pints to doing budgets for a rapidly expanding and successful business.
We also run an online training facility, Imperative Online, which I regularly update and use to take orders and arrange courses. Looking forward, I also assist in developing future strategies and look at new areas our business can grow into.
