Delivery Information

Let us take the worry and hassle out of your defibrillator delivery, you have two options available to you, standard courier or hand delivery!

Option 1

One of our expert team will hand deliver, set up, test and help you decide where the best place is to locate your defibrillator

We will also record the expiry dates of your battery and electrode pads so we can enter them into our free automated email reminder system so you never have to worry about your defibrillator.

No other company in the UK offers such a personal and high level of customer service.

Option 2

Standard courier delivery. Our delivery partners are DHL and UK Mail.

Unfortunatley although couriers are very reliable we are still using a third party to deliver on our behalf and cannot guarantee any delivery date especially as defibrillator batteries are class 9 hazardous goods which maybe inspected by the courier which will delay delivery by several days.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer's address (UK delivery only) deliveries outside the UK cannot be guaranteed and an additional delivery charge will apply at cost and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Standard delivery charges will apply to all orders, prices start from £ 6.95 dependant on geographic location, weight and number of parcels.
