• Simple & safe to use - Cardiaid® analyses a patient’s heart rhythm and will only deliver a shock if one is needed. The unit guides the user through the correct ILCOR resuscitation procedure (including metronomic CPR guidance) using clear pictorial and verbal instructions. • Effective - This device uses the leading detection algorithm and treatment method for SCA – Cardiaid determines the electrical impedance of each patient and customises and escalates the level of energy delivered using a biphasic waveform. • Stylish- Its good looks allow the Cardiaid® to be placed in a publically accessible position without detriment to its setting, however stylish, designed or clinical that environment might be. Its quality of manufacture and daily self-test means that the Cardiaid® can be relied on to be ready for action should it ever be needed.
