I work within the accounts department, managing and making sure customers are up to date with any payments outstanding on their account with us.
I speak with different customers daily, ensuring any issues or queries they might have are dealt with promptly. I also clear off any payments we receive on a weekly basis, ensuring the accounts up to date.
I enjoy my role within the company and have built up relationships with many clients, ensuring their experience with us is relaxed and professional.
